On Saturday, December 6th, the team at Stellar Smiles Ortho stepped out of the clinic and into the packing room at Feed My Starving Children (FMSC), joining forces to help fight global childhood hunger.
FMSC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing nutritionally complete meals to children in need around the world. Volunteers hand-pack rice, soy, dried vegetables, and a powerful blend of vitamins and minerals into meal bags. Each bag is then sealed, boxed, palletized, and shipped to trusted humanitarian partners who deliver the food directly to communities where it is needed most.
With hair nets on and mission mode activated, the Stellar Smiles Ortho team rolled up their sleeves and got to work. Together, they packed meals at an impressive pace—meals that will nourish children who might otherwise go without.
“On Saturday, we didn’t just pack meals—we packed hope,” the team shared. “Volunteering reminds us how much we can accomplish when we come together. Every meal matters, and every child matters.”
By the end of the session, hundreds of meals were prepared for shipment, representing hundreds of children reached. For the team, the experience was both humbling and energizing—a chance to give back and to be part of something larger than themselves.
Stellar Smiles Ortho is grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside FMSC, a mission-driven organization that transforms simple ingredients into life-saving nutrition.
“We showed up, packed fast, and made a difference,” the team said. “We’re blessed to serve—and we’ll definitely be back.”
