The Grapevine Public Library recently welcomed Dr. J of Stellar Smiles Ortho for a public presentation titled “Does Your Child Snore or Grind Their Teeth? When to See an Orthodontist.” Parents from across the community gathered to learn how jaw growth, bite development, and breathing are closely connected in children.
Dr. J shared practical guidance on recognizing early signs that may warrant an orthodontic evaluation — often between ages 6–9 — and explained how early guidance can support healthier development, better sleep, and improved quality of life. The evening concluded with an interactive Q&A session, giving families the opportunity to ask questions and connect.
