Grapevine, TX – July 23, 2025 — Dr. J and the Stellar Smiles Ortho team have donated ten high-quality, American-made “Stop the Bleed” kits to the School Resource Officers (SROs) of Grapevine-Colleyville ISD. An additional kit was also placed at the Grapevine Mills Mall Police Substation to serve the broader community.
These advanced trauma kits, designed to control life-threatening bleeding, have been distributed across GCISD campuses to help officers respond quickly in emergency situations.
“As a healthcare provider and community member, I wanted to do my part to help protect our students and neighbors,” said Dr. J. “Having the right tools on hand can make all the difference.”
GCISD SROs and local law enforcement expressed deep appreciation for the donation. “Thank you all, for the continued support!” said Grapevine Police Chief Michael Hamlin.
This gift underscores Dr. J’s ongoing commitment to safety and wellness—both in and beyond the orthodontic office.
