Grapevine, TX – Stellar Smiles held their annual Paint-A-Smile Art Contest at their Grapevine clinic. Dr. J Theodorou invited kids from the 11 Grapevine-Colleyville elementary schools to participate. The students were instructed to “paint-a-smile” on anything. “We all know our children have exceptional abilities for creativity and can make the most unique works of art but it almost never gets to be seen or appreciated outside of our schools,” says Dr. J. As a member of the Grapevine community and as a small business owner, he believes he has a duty to introduce new opportunities for area young artists to display their creative works outside of the traditional environment. The event included a cotton candy machine, colored popcorn, a life-size Minion for photo ops, and an award ceremony. Each winner from each grade received a medal, a gift card and a stellar star balloon and had their picture taken with their family!
