Not even the rainy weather could put a damper on the joy and community spirit at Stellar Smiles Ortho’s Earth Day celebration! The event brought together families, local students, and first responders for a morning full of gratitude, creativity, and connection.
Held in honor of Earth Day, the celebration featured a wide range of activities for all ages. Guests enjoyed a complimentary breakfast complete with coffee and donuts, admired a student art gallery featuring over 80 colorful entries from GCISD elementary schools—including Timberline, Dove, Silverlake, and Heritage in Colleyville — and took part in fun activities like rock painting and an Easter egg hunt.
A special highlight of the morning was the recognition of Grapevine’s first responders. Local police officers were warmly greeted with hugs, handmade gifts, and heartfelt thanks from community members who came out to show their appreciation.
Stellar Smiles Ortho extends a big thank-you to the Grapevine Community Outreach Center for helping provide the rock painting stations, as well as to all the organizations and families who participated. It was a meaningful day celebrating the environment, creativity, and the everyday heroes who help keep the community safe.
